Instrowest is an Australian Company established in 2006 to provide high quality instrument contracting services to the mining and mineral processing industries. Instrowest was using an in-house-built application to monitor the equipment's quality, which was quite extensive and had already lived in the market for over 15 years but was less scalable. Further, there are several redundant features that impact on the overall performance of the system.
About 80% of technician’s time was spent manually filling out the calibration forms, monitoring emails to cross-reference and verify customer packages, and tracking and checking equipment's quality as we discovered during the research phase of this project.
Instrowest was struggling with their previous system, which was slow and disorganized. That's when Mediaclock stepped in and developed a web-based cloud- hosted platform and an iPad application that enables technicians and other authorities to obtain data driven and operationalise those insights in a timely and efficient manner.
Node.Js was a primary backend technology choice which provided instant scalability for such a data intensive platform. In house UI/UX design team chose Ract.Js to create highly responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
This online portal gives clients of Instrowest the control and visibility they need to supplement and enhance their experience with Instrowest.

Dresshare mobile app, our team is developing a stylish and user-friendly platform that allows users to rent dresses or list their own for rent. We are handling the entire development lifecycle, including user flow planning, UI/UX design, and cross-platform development using Flutter.
The backend will be powered by Firebase to manage real-time data, user authentication, listings, and notifications. Stripe will be integrated for secure payments and rental transactions. Key features will include smart search filters, booking management, item uploads with size and condition details, in-app messaging, and user reviews.
Our focus is on creating a secure, scalable, and elegant solution that makes fashion sharing simple and convenient. The app is being built with performance, usability, and future expansion in mind.

For the Rent Anything mobile app, our team delivered a complete end-to-end solution—from initial discovery and planning to final deployment on iOS and Android platforms.
We designed an intuitive user interface and developed the app using Flutter to ensure smooth performance across devices. Our backend team utilized MongoDB for robust data management, user authentication, and cloud storage, while integrating Stripe for secure payment processing.
We implemented key features such as item listings, booking management, in-app messaging (powered by Socket for real-time communication), and user reviews to support a seamless rental experience. Our QA team ensured a bug-free launch through rigorous testing. We also handled App Store submissions and continue to provide post-launch support for scalability and future enhancements.
